[Case Study] Special Spring Casters for Clean Rooms

Gently running on special floors! We will introduce a case of developing custom Blickle spring casters.

We would like to introduce a case study where "special casters for clean rooms" were solved using Blicle technology for advanced companies in the fields of optoelectronics and power engineering industries. Casters used in clean room environments must comply with specified controlled contamination levels in terms of particle count and size per cubic meter of air, and it is important that they have low wear rates along with stability and safety, depending on the type of flooring. Blicke collaborated with the company to develop a custom version of the "LHF-PTH 200XK-ELS-FS," which is part of the LHF spring-loaded series. The combination of a very robust nickel-plated mounting bracket with foot guard and track lock, along with Blickle's PTH wheels, has convinced the company, and they are currently being used smoothly.
